Look, continuity, and shot design
Outcome: Create a compact style sheet and shot list with intentional camera emotion, composition, lighting, motion, and continuity locks.
Objectives
- Translate each story beat into a shot with one emotional and evidentiary job.
- Describe camera and subject motion as start-to-end trajectories rather than static adjectives.
- Lock recurring product, lighting, spatial, and timing traits before any full generation.
Learn one thing
A close angle emphasizes texture or evidence, a level medium view feels direct, and a wider view explains context. Choose position for the beat's job, not for variety alone.
Choose: Assign one viewer feeling and one proof job to each camera setup.Words like cinematic or dynamic do not say what changes. A useful motion instruction names a start, direction, speed, end, and what remains stable along the way.
Choose: Write camera and subject paths that could be sketched with arrows.Models cannot protect an unstated canon. Product color, label direction, hand, wardrobe, time of day, screen direction, and light source must be explicitly frozen across related shots.
Choose: Lock only traits the audience will notice when they change.Make the artifact
- Assign each shot a job
Convert every story-clock beat into one shot whose composition makes its evidence or emotion readable.
Check: Removing a shot would remove a distinct story job. - Define the look
Write palette, contrast, texture, lens distance, framing, and lighting as observable choices rather than genre labels.
Check: Another maker could recognize the look without a brand name reference. - Draw the trajectories
Describe each camera and subject movement with start, direction, speed, end, and stable anchor.
Check: Every movement could be represented with a simple arrow. - Freeze continuity
List recurring product, spatial, lighting, and temporal traits and reuse their exact wording in each applicable shot.
Check: No related shots give contradictory lock instructions.

Prompt skeleton
Turn this VERIFIED 15-SECOND STORY CLOCK into a shootable shot list. For each shot return: ID, exact time range, beat job, composition, camera height/distance, lens feel without a brand name, camera start-to-end trajectory, subject trajectory, environment, light direction/quality, reference roles, continuity locks, transition, and one audio job. Reuse identical wording for recurring locked traits. Vary only a named axis. Do not invent products, people, locations, claims, or copyrighted visual styles. STORY CLOCK: [paste]. ROLE SHEET: [paste].
Do not request a living artist's signature style, imitate a real person, add unsafe product use, or place unsupported claims on screen.
