Export, publish safely, and learn

Outcome: Export an approved 9:16 ad with provenance, disclosure, cost, pending-approval publishing, and a one-variable measurement plan.

Objectives

  • Create and inspect a platform-ready 9:16 export without overwriting the approved master or editable sources.
  • Package provenance, rights, AI disclosure decisions, and known or unknown costs with the deliverable.
  • Publish only after explicit approval and plan one measurable iteration without claiming unsupported business success.

Learn one thing

An export is a derivative

The approved master, editable project, and platform file have different jobs. Versioned filenames and receipts preserve the ability to correct or reproduce the work.

Choose: Never overwrite the master when making the 9:16 delivery file.
Disclosure follows meaning

Realistic altered or synthetic media may require platform disclosure. Record the decision and follow the destination's current controls instead of assuming a universal label.

Choose: Check the platform's official rule immediately before publishing.
One test, one axis

A useful experiment changes one named creative variable, defines an observable metric and stop condition, and records uncertainty. A small result is a signal, not proof of causation.

Choose: Choose one next variation based on the verdict, not on random novelty.

Make the artifact

  1. Export the derivative

Create a new 9:16 platform file from the approved timeline while preserving the master and editable project.

Check: Filename identifies campaign, version, aspect ratio, and approval state.
  2. Inspect outside the editor

Play the full export in another player and verify duration, frame, captions, audio, first frame, last frame, and file integrity.

Check: The delivered file passes every check without relying on the timeline preview.
  3. Package truth and cost

Save provenance, sources, rights, prompts, verdict, disclosure decision, and itemized known or unknown costs beside the export.

Check: A reviewer can trace how the ad was made without any credentials.
  4. Approve, publish, measure

Keep the upload pending until explicit approval, follow current platform disclosure controls, and start one bounded experiment plan.

Check: Publication receipt and experiment plan identify one approved version and one variation axis.

Prompt skeleton

Create a fail-closed delivery checklist for this APPROVED AD and DESTINATION. Include: 9:16 and 15-second file checks; caption safe areas; audio playback and loudness; stable version naming; source, prompt, rights, consent, and cost receipts; current official altered/synthetic disclosure check; current music-license check; pending-approval upload; human approval receipt; and privacy-safe outcome capture. Then propose one experiment that changes only [NAMED AXIS], with control, metric, observation window, uncertainty note, and stop condition. Do not claim revenue, conversion, or causation. INPUTS: [paste non-secret metadata].

Never paste credentials, customer data, unpublished media, or payment information; never publish without explicit approval or omit a required synthetic-media disclosure.

Check / lock

Pass when the verified derivative and receipts are complete, publishing is approved or safely pending, and the next learning step is measurable and bounded.
